Energy
Our engineering staff always keeps energy efficiency in mind and takes pride in designing sustainable, energy-efficient and maintainable systems. The Smith & Boucher team performs energy auditing, measurement and verification, renewable energy analysis, and building and energy modeling. Our energy modeling experience allows us to identify energy efficiency opportunities and design solutions to maximize savings and to allow our clients to make informed decisions during design and after occupancy.
Commissioning Services
Our dedicated team of commissioning engineers provides troubleshooting and quality assurance testing for new and existing buildings. Our staff has extensive knowledge in building automation system controls, MEP systems, air quality testing and overall building construction. Our goal is to make sure that every client’s building works as desired and with maximum efficiency.
